It may be just the start of Winter here in the land down-under, but for our friends in the Northern Hemisphere, the warm weather has finally arrived! Great tips! I am horrible about drinking water which is probably why my skin is so dry. I do get some exercise while at work, I force myself to get up out of my chair at least once an hour and walk outside (my boss is so easy going). And we don’t eat unhealthy really, just not healthy enough. I am going to work on that!
