Aging is an inevitable part of our life as human beings. Just like all the living things here on Earth, we are all susceptible to change, especially our human body. As we get older, we can expect gradual changes in our body: wrinkles become more noticeable, grey hairs starts to appear, posture starts to droop, and visual sharpness starts to decline.
No matter how certain it is, many of us are still having a hard time coping with the aging process. Because aside from physical changes, we also have to deal with the changes in our mental and emotional well-being. But regardless how chilling it is for some, the aging process, in fact, could be enjoyable.
Though aging could mean we may not be able to do the things we did during our younger selves, it could also mean an opportunity to reinvent ourselves and even live a healthier lifestyle.
